Myndee Brooke Spencer Wells Update

Where do you currently reside? Pocatello/ Chubbuck Idaho

Marital Status -Married to Jason Wells for 18 years

Number of Children

3 --We have a 12 year old, a 3 year old and a 2 year old - 2 girls and we have one 2 year old boy.

Current Occupation and/or Spouse's Current Occupation

My husband is an Electrician with the Electrical Union- and I am a Realtor with Gate City Real Estate -My husband and I also have our own Property Management company which I primarily take care of. I am thankful that my Job allows me to be home with my children.

What would surprise people most about you?

I think they might be surprised about my Passion for Real Estate -and how much I enjoy flipping homes-I wasnt a huge risk taker- and am still not- but when we put the numbers to a project- to me the risks are minimal if you do it right and the rewards in Real Estate are great!

What is your favorite High School memory?

I just remember how everyone got along so well and looked out for one another. I remember dressing up like the Shau of Arabia for our Snake River Fan club and leading the "Wave" at a home game-looking like a guy - I ran to change in the girls locker room and all the girls in the locker room screamed -because they thought that I was a guy!! :-)

Most interesting thing done in the last 25 years?

Raising our family, and Flipping houses.

Greatest accomplishment or honor in the last 25 years?

Ofcourse, my family is my #1 priority. Having our own successful Business-which allows me the ability to be home with my kids.

LeAnn (Hatley) Gottlieb Update

Where do you currently reside?

Eagle Mountain, UT-about 6 miles west of Lehi.

Marital Status- Married

Number of Children-6 (three boys and three girls) plus one son-in-law:

Danielle is 22 and works at UofU (her adorable husband Ryan joined our family last August) Kendra is almost 21 and just finished her Associate’s Degree and plans to go right back for her Bachelor’s in Social Work, Brendon is 15 (why didn’t someone warn me that BOYS get PMS worse than girls?) Landon is 13, Noah is 8 and Hannah is 6 going on 30.

Current Occupation and/or Spouse's Current Occupation- Mine is full time Mom and part time custom quilter, hubby is the Senior Network Engineer/Security Guru for an international company based in Sandy, UT.

What would surprise people most about you?- The number of years I’ve managed to avoid incarceration in a mental institution?

What is your favorite High School memory?- It’s so hard to choose! State Championship ranks right up there, filling Jared Casper’s locker with popcorn on his birthday, Cole Baldwin as “Spiderman”, Chamber Singers, putting throat lozenges inside the horn in Cindy Carter’s van after a football tailgate party, sending out boxes of Valentines (with Pauleen Stucki) to everyone we knew but signing them from OTHER people and then watching the mayhem….good times…

Most interesting thing you’ve done in the last 25 years?-

Another hard one considering that some people find their own belly button lint interesting… oh, hey….sparkly object…

I survived a divorce. I survived dating as the single mother of four kids…(should THAT go under “greatest accomplishment”?) I married someone I “met on the internet”, got to work and travel and hang out with former Miss America Sharlene Wells Hawks, met Gold Medal Olympian Sarah Hughes the night after she won and had her call and talk to my kids on the phone, and I’ve had dinner with 10 Buddhist monks and a Lama from Tibet. But my kids will tell you I’m old AND booooooooooooooooooooring.

Greatest accomplishment or honor in the last 25 years?-

When you grow up with all of you guys and graduate with the coolest class to ever attend Snake River High School…it’s all pretty much downhill from there!

Every once in a while I’m fairly certain that surviving has been my greatest accomplishment and that everything God has blessed me with (or carried me through kicking and screaming) has been an honor. (Ok…so only when my meds are current but that’s something right?) I have six great, smart, hilarious, children that call me “Mom”, a husband who fell in love with me because I could quote both Pinky and the Brain AND Monty Python, a beautiful home, no debt except our mortgage (Jim Dishman knows the secret to this) and a wicked smart Jack Russell terrier named Milo. What more could anyone want?

Barbara Hill Chatterton Update

I currently live in La Center, WA....a small town about 15 miles north of Portland, OR. Lucky to live out in the country on a small piece of beautiful property.

Married to a WONDERFUL younger guy (OK...he's only a 1 1/2 younger, but love to play out the "Cougar" role) Craig and I have been married almost 14 years, but together over 20.

Children? nope, nadda, zip-o....we seem to do better with pets(mostly rescue). I have to say they don't live near long enough, my heart has been broken more than a few times and Craig says I'm running out of room for pet urns.

I work as a Registered Dental Hygienist (aka...toothfairy) for a fabulous dentist in Vancouver. I went back to school for my second degree in the mid 90's and couldn't have found a better fit. I love giving people beautiful smiles and love my patients and the friendships I have gained over the years with them. I seem to give or get 8 hours of talk therapy daily...it really is a rewarding career. My husband Craig works for Simplot as a Sales Manager for the Pacific Northwest Territory of Industrial Chemicals...hence he travels quite a bit of the time. More than one person has said I could live a double life...but he has my heart!

What would surprise you about me? I have a pretty good sense of humor that somehow developed after high school....and maybe that I got my belly button pierced for my 40th birthday.

Favorite High School Memory.....weight lifting class! Hanging out with all the buff guys...was I smart or what?

Most interesting thing I've done in the last 25 years....kayaked the Broken Islands off the coast of Vancouver Island in B.C.

Greatest accomplishment/honor in the last 25 years.....going back to school for my second college degree in Dental Hygiene and graduating at the top of my class...actually got the "Golden Scaler" award....and you only thought I was kidding about being the toothfairy!

It is hard to believe that 25 years have passed since our "Glory Days"....wish more people could make it to the reunion. Life is short and friendships are everything. My memories of SRHS are surprisingly vivid when I reach back in my mind. Every now and then I'll have a great/funny dream that involves being back in high school, walking the hallways with everyone, not remembering my locker combination and dissecting frogs in Mr. Martin's class! We were lucky to have grown up in such a great era....I really can say I love all of you...you all somehow made me who I am today. Thanks!

Jeri Adermann Seratt Update

I currently reside in Blackfoot, Idaho.

I am single, i have 2 grown children and 3 grandchildren.

I have been employed with 20th Century Ford, Inc. for 11 years.

I really dont know what would be most surprising about me .........

I dont know if i would really say this is my favorite memory of high school but it is a good memory when my marshmellow got dropped from the airplane at homecoming and i got a date with Ed Gorder(i dont know if ed remembers or not).

My most interesting things i have done in 25 years well, went back to school after 10 years of graduating and raising my kids on my own and did a good job.

My greatest accomplishments is getting my two kids to graduate high school and i guess having my grandkids in my life. Can't wait to see all of u at the 25th school reunion!!!

Jared Casper Update

Where do you currently reside? I currently reside in Ontario, CA. I've been in California since 1994, and spent the first 10 years in LA, and the rest in Ontario.

Marital Status- I am married to a wonderful woman, Elizabeth.

Number of Children- Between us we have four wonderful children: Joshua 19, Student Body President of the junior college he just graduated from in LA and is in the process of submitting his mission papers; Peter 16 who will be a Junior in high school and is on the swim and latin dance teams; Katherine 13 will be a freshman in high school this fall and is busy attending acting and modeling classes in Orange County and earning extra money modeling; Isabelle 4 what can I say, she's Daddy's Little Princess and the light of my life.

Current Occupation and/or Spouse's Current Occupation- I work for a company called ADP. We're an international company specializing human resource product offerings, but we're best known for being a payroll company since 1 in 6 American workers get paid through ADP. I manage a team of account managers who are responsible for ensuring we deposit and file payroll tax liability accurately for large, American corporations. It's been a great job that has also provided me the opportunity to see a lot more of our beautiful country as I visit clients around the nation.

What would surprise people most about you?- Probably that I've gotten a little bigger since high school. It's amazing what working in an office 10-12 hours a day or sitting on an airplane and eating out with clients can do to someone's waist line. Some days I really miss moving pipe. I never thought I would say that, and I probably never will again.

What is your favorite High School memory?- It would be very difficult to identify my favorite high school memory. I have a lot of fond memories of friends and things we did together.

Most interesting thing you’ve done in the last 25 years?- Tough question. I have four wonderful children, that's very interesting to me. I guess I could say visiting 38 states and three other countries, living in Denmark, but probably the most interesting thing in my life over the past 25 years is my family and watching my children grow. That is a thrill, and I'm very grateful that my children are so much better than I was. One great trip was through New England in October a few years ago. In the course of a few days, i was able to see leaves in all the stages of change. That may not seem like much to all of you who still live places with seasons, but after being in Southern California for several years, I had forgotten how beautiful that is. It seems like troubled people who like to cause problems seem to be attracted to wherever I am which gives me the opportunity to help others like catching a rapist in the act and chasing him down and holding him until the police arrive, escorting someone out of church who walked in and started screaming and asking people to fight, or breaking up fights, or keeping bullies from beating up ladies in the street, or being witness to illicit gang activity and reporting to police or all sorts of things. I'm definitely not in Pingree anymore. The great thing is that so far my family and I have all been protected throughout all of it.

Greatest accomplishment or honor in the last 25 years?- With God's help my son and I survived a very painful divorce, I met a wonderful woman with two wonderful children who I now call my own, and then we had one of our own, hence the four children. Then being blessed to have us all sealed together in the temple. The rest is temporal, and to be honest, the worldly honors don't seem to stick in my memory too long.

I wish I could be there for the reunion. It's been a quarter of a century since I've seen most people from school. That's definitely way too long.

Ramona Dawson Miller Update

Currently reside in Fruit Heights Utah

I am married with 6 children, ranging from 21 to 11, 2 boys and 4 girls

I am blessed to be a stay at home mom, who doesn't stay at home very often, but is busy keeping up with my children.

My husband is an Air Traffic Controller at the Salt Lake Airport, and is currently over all the training of new controllers.

The thing that would probably surprise people most about me is I have become a runner and just currently ran my 10th marathon.

My favorite high school memory is just all of the great friends that I had, and the things we did together.

The most interesting thing I've done in the past 25 years is being able to travel. I've been fortunate enough to travel to Europe, Mexico, Canada, and Chile and across the USA. It has been amazing to see and learn from people in each area. We are all the same with the same concerns, joys and heartaches. I have seen first hand that building our relationships with people and serving others, are the most important things we can do.

My greatest accomplishments in the last 25 years are my children first and foremost, watching them grow and become wonderful adults brings the greatest joy possible. Then next to that would be completely my marathons. I have learned a lot about myself through this experience.

Thank you to all of you who have had an impact on my life. I am blessed to call you all friends! Ramona

Carol Sanchez Morgan Update

Where do you currently reside? Still living in Southern California in the city of Brea
Marital Status- Married
Number of Children- 4

Jessica 23, full time student, waitress and intern at a Genetics lab. Jessica will graduate from University of Fullerton with her BA this summer and will be transferring to USC (University of Southern California) for her Master’s (Genetic Science.) Hopefully she will find the cure for the Common cold or Cancer either would make me proud

Daniel 21, Full time missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, serving in the Philadelphia PA Mission 11/09-11/11

Kelsey 19, Sometimes student, hostess at a high end restaurant, and world traveler. Kelsey’s highest ambition is to see the entire world by 25. Currently she has 3 passport stamps and more delta miles then you’d imagine for a 19 year old. She only works to pay for her vacations.

Madison 8, last but not least is the tail end of our Journey my “I want just one more” She has just finished the second grade and is moving on to third, she has 5 parents (older brother and sisters are more like parents) and takes everything in stride. She is the center of everyone’s life and is the most down to earth kid you’ll ever meet.

Current Occupation and/or Spouse's Current Occupation- Recently completed my 15th year with the Disneyland Resort and despite having worked 15 years for the company I have not had the pleasure of working inside of Disneyland. (I’ll do that when I retire) I currently work in the Cast Scheduling office, managing about 60 CM’s who produce and maintain the schedules for the 4000 Food and Beverage Cast Members in the park. It definitely keeps me busy
what would surprise people most about you?- Nothing, I’m pretty much the same girl I was in high school (hopefully that’s good) I love the quite life we lead, I have great friends and have had an a relatively smooth 43 years.

What is your favorite High School memory?- Don’t know if it’s my favorite, but definitely my most memorable. During the senior prank (gone bad) Scott Thomas and I were caught “breaking and entering” the HS after hours. We were interrogated and threatened with expulsion, and I was told I would not be able to walk at graduation. My Mom was called and all she could say was “I expected this from your brother” Luckily all turned out well, no charges were filed and I was able to walk with the class. Whose idea was it to re-arrange the library anyway?

Most interesting thing you’ve done in the last 25 years? Survived raising teenage kids! Why doesn’t anybody teach you that in school? Luckily I have great kids, so I’m sure I haven’t had it as hard as some, but I now understand why animals eat their young.

Greatest accomplishment or honor in the last 25 years? It may sound cheesy, but being a mom to 4 amazing kids who are productive members of society is my greatest accomplishment. I feel like I gave (and will give) the world adults who want to help make this a better place, what else can you ask for?

LaPriel (Christiansen) Stein update

Where do you currently reside?

We are STILL living in Rexburg, ID after 9 years. And we have lived in only 2 house here. My oldest esp. misses Ohio. I miss the trees, the food, the flora and fauna; the people, but not the humidity in July and August.

We spent Sept. and Oct. of 2009 in Cape Porpoise, Maine. We LOVED it. The kids bring it up at least every 2 weeks.

I am happily married to David Stein for 20 years. He was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio.
We have 3 children. Camden (M) 18, Bret (also a M) 15, and Breanna (F) 12.
I work (?) at home and David works at home for a company in Cincinnati, OH called Fund Evaluation Group. They are an investment company. Most of David's clients are non-profit organizations such as college endowments. My clients are my kids.

What would surprise people most about you?

Nothing! I live a normal life and am probably just like everyone thought I would be.

My favorite HS memory? I can't remember that long ago!

Most interesting thing you’ve done in the last 25 years?

Greatest accomplishment or honor in the last 25 years?

Seriously, do I have to answer the last two questions? :) Define interesting? I suppose my greatest accomplishment is that my kids are relatively normal and my husband is still around.

Maybe you should have Dave fill this out. :) He might have more to say.

Jim Dishman Update

My wife Jennifer and I have been married 20 years and we live in South Jordan, Utah, which is about 10 miles south of Salt Lake City. We have 8 children, ages 18 to 2.

I have been a Financial Advisor for 18 years and I manage investment portfolios for about 100 families. I think the most surprising thing about me is that I'm not short anymore! (Unfortunately I'm not skinny anymore either!)

My favorite high school memories are of Chamber Singers performances - I still don't know why they let me in Chamber Singers except that I looked really good in those burgundy double knit polyester suits we wore. If I were to do anything over again in high school, I would have taken more math classes. I guess the teachers were right - "You may need this stuff someday in your jobs!!!"
One really interesting thing we just did was take all 10 of us on an RV trip to Atlanta and back, and we all survived.

My greatest honor in the last 25 years is marrying a beautiful and wonderful (and patient) woman and raising a family with her.
