SERVED IN THE BISHOPRIC AS 1ST COUNSELOR FOR 17 YEARS STRAIGHT.

SERVED 2 YEARS MISSION IN PORTLAND, OREGON MISSION. MARRIED IN THE TEMPLE IN 1991. SERVED AS THE ELDER'S Q. PRESIDENT, HIGH PRIEST GROUP LEADER, STAKE HIGH COUNSELOR, 1ST COUNSELOR IN THE BISHOPRIC AND NOW SERVING AS A BISHOP IN THE PIONEER PARK (HMONG WARD) IN CLOVIS, CALIFORNIA.
